What is RFM scoring?
RFM stands for Recency, Frequency, and Monetary value. It’s a simple way to measure how recently customers purchased, how often they buy, and how much they spend. Together, these scores reveal loyalty and customer value.
Why should I use RFM instead of just sales totals?
